Working Principle:

Wen the jaw crusher machine start, the power of motor transmited through the belt, drives the moving jaw do a periodic motion to the fixed jaw surround the eccentric shaft. While moving jaw moves up, the angle between moving jaw and toggle plate increases. Then the moving jaw gets closed to the fixed jaw. During this process, the rock stuff will be squashed and crushed. The angle between moving jaw and toggle plate will decrease when the moving jaw moves down, then the moving jaw moves away from fixed jaw by the pulling of rod and spring. Finally, the products after crushing will be discharged from the outlet.
